yes, I know what this looks like.

I promise you, fried bananas are a delicacy you MUST try next time you visit an Asian restaurant.  Once again harkoning back to the great state of Oregon, where I consumed myself into a state resembling a coma, this lovely treat looks sort of like a fried dick. On the other hand, it's absolutely delicious (the banana, that is).

What? I'm not gay.

FRIED BANANAS

2-6 Bananas Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle mix frying oil sprinkle of ground cinnamon sprinkle of sugar This is simple as making pancakes.First, slice up the bananas into quarter pieces. Combine pancake mix with water or milk, whichever you prefer. Dip bananas in batter and fry in oil until golden brown. Lastly, while still hot, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over cooked bananas.
